Ever since his childhood growing up in Thunder Bay, real estate has been Greg Mayes' main passion. He would coax his parents to take him to open houses and actively follow the market. This excitement for homes led to his graduation from the University of Guelph in the Bachelor of Commerce Housing and Real Estate program. The knowledge he acquired is a tremendous asset. Greg has a strong background working in residential development, assessment, property management, and marketing.
